Liquid resin is mixed with white pearlescent mica to give it a shimmery base and dried. A mandala pattern is painted in blue and gold acrylic paint on top of the base resin coat. Then another top coat of liquid resin is poured on top of that to finish the piece. The piece can be used as a decorative tray when not in use as a coasters. The bottom of each coaster has plastic feet so as not to scratch where it’s placed. This set is a one of a kind piece. High quality acrylics and resin and are used. It is handmade, so it may have small imperfections in the painting or resin coating process. Item is not meant for outdoor use or use with significant amounts of water. A quickly wiped up spill is fine. Resin is very sturdy, however it can be scratched if not cared for properly.
